Some of the proxy of those 2 links may not work but most proxies will work just like 5 out of 10,So be patient while doing this single name account process .
Step 4 : Now you have to change your Firefox browser proxy Manually like below in the Picture :
Go to Tools > Option> Advanced > network > Settings .
